Team
Arcangelo D’Onofrio
Technical background with 35 years of experience in Tech and Fashion Tech, first as an employee of tech, services and fashion companies, later on as independent entepreneur. He founded Temera in 2009, a company that deals with implementing innovative solutions for the Fashion and Luxury market. Today he actively participates in many imprenditorial initiatives in the fields of circular economy, artificial intelligence, beauty, food and hospitality.
Guido Tatangelo
Graduated from the faculty of Law of the University of Florence in 1995. Allowed to exercise law by the Supreme Court of Appeal of Italy, the Italian Constitutional Court and State Council. Specialised in Company Law, merger and acquisition operations, successions, real estate contracts and trading. Lawyers Luca Giannoni, Claudio Fantoni and Gabriele Volpini are also active in his firm.

Giacomo Cocchi
Deals with consulting for companies in the fields of commerce, accounting and tax, with particular importance on budgeting, management control, accounting revisions and analyses, extraordinary company operations (fusions, splittings, transformations, bestowals), management of company crises, tax obligations and tax litigations. He is a legal advisor and mayor in joint-stock and cooperative companies belonging to the industrial and service fields. He graduated in Economics and Business Economics at the University of Florence.
Alessandro Guidi
I am interested in the things of men in all their shapes, an interest that pushed me closer to Philosophy. I combined what I learnt in university with technological practices. I believe we live in a moment of transition, and therefore approaches that break the perspectives with which we are used to look at our reality are fundamental. I help companies with development processes in business and organisational transformation. I support management teams with services connected with the phase the company is currently in, in order to enhance awareness of transformation processes.
